Spansion has announced its ARM Cortex-M series microcontroller offering following the acquisition of Fujitsu’s microcontroller business. In August,  the flash memory chip firm paid $110m for Fujitsu’s microcontroller and analogue business. Spansion also acquired $38m of MCU inventory.
