OMRON’S P-SON 4-PIN, HIGH-CURRENT, AND LOW ON RESISTANCE TYPE RELAYS

Omron expands its MOSFET offerings with the G3VM-31WR(TR05)G3VM-61WR(TR05), and G3VM-101WR(TR05) relays in the P-SON package. Omron’s P-SON package has a terminal shape that improves solder stability and offers better solder visibility.
